Service & Maintenance FAQs

We know choosing the right service option can raise a few questions. Here are the most common queries we get about our maintenance and servicing - so you know exactly what to expect before booking.

A regular service every 6–12 months is recommended, depending on usage. For high-traffic sites, we suggest a biannual service to ensure filters, sanitation, and safety checks are always up to date. Our maintenance plans make this easy by scheduling visits automatically.
Our one-off servicing includes a full sanitation and system clean, health & safety checks, and a detailed service report. For rental units, we also include a filter replacement as standard. For owned units, filters can be replaced at an additional cost.
We offer an emergency call-out service with fast response times. An engineer will visit your site to diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, helping minimise downtime for your business.
Yes—our Gold Plan includes replacement parts (excluding major components such as compressors). The Silver Plan covers labour, servicing, and filter changes, with parts billed separately if required.
We provide nationwide coverage across most of the UK. Some remote areas may carry additional travel charges, but our team will confirm this when you request a quote.
