At Water Refill Group, we want your order to arrive as soon as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to learn more about how and when your items will be delivered.


UK Delivery

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery partner(s): We ship via [Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or specify].

  • Cost: The shipping fee, which is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address (if not otherwise specified in this policy as free of charge), will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Tracking: After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.


EU Delivery

  • Delivery time: 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery partner(s): [DPD, DHL, UPS, etc.] are our trusted international shipping partners for EU deliveries.

  • Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and local taxes that their country may charge.

  • Tracking: You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Order Processing

  • We typically process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

  • Orders placed during weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delays

In most cases, we deliver within the timeframes indicated above. Occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control (for example, courier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather conditions), your delivery may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for such delays but we will always try to help you to resolve the issue.


Delivery Issues

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at support@waterrefillgroup.com and provide your order number.

    In the event that your items arrive damaged or missing, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to enable us to address the problem.


Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any packages that cannot be delivered to you because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.
