Welcome to Water Refill Group. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Water Refill Group website at waterrefillgroup.com, and any purchases, orders, or services you obtain from us. By using our Site, placing orders, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Customer / you: any person who visits the Site, uses the services, or places orders.

  • Products: all goods listed for sale on the Site, including bottle filling stations, parts, accessories, etc.

  • Services: any service offered by us, including installation, maintenance, support, etc.

  • Order: your request to purchase one or more Products or Services from the Site.

  • User content: any content you post, submit or share, such as reviews, comments, photos, etc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to do so.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • Prices listed are in GBP (unless otherwise specified) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is confirmed.

  • Payment must be made by one of the methods we accept. You warrant that payment details you provide are valid and authorised.

  • In case of pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders if needed.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • We will deliver Products to the shipping address you provide. Risk passes to you once the Product is delivered to that address.

  • Any delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You have rights under UK/EU law for faulty or misdescribed goods. In addition, if you change your mind, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. 14 days).

  • To request a return, refund or cancellation, contact us at support@waterrefillgroup.com with your order details.

  • Returned goods must be in original condition, with all packaging, unless faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • We warrant that Products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period stated in the product documentation. This does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or modification.

  • TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific Product or Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, trademarks) is our property or used with permission, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, display, post or transmit any such content without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. User Content

  • If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

  • You agree that your user content is truthful, does not violate any rights of any third party, and does not contain prohibited material (defamatory, illegal, etc.).

10. Privacy

  • Your privacy is very important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read that policy to understand how we use your information.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales (or the relevant jurisdiction if outside the UK).

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales (or relevant courts if elsewhere).

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest remain valid.

  • No waiver of any right or provision of these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any other.

  • We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms.
